BANDUNG - Vice Governor of West Java, H.Deddy Mizwar said Healthy School Competition (LSS) program, which was held by Ministry of Education and Culture is very positive to grow the movement of healthy lifestyles from an early age.
"With these programs is expected that students can implement a healthy lifestyle in the family, and later when they have grown up and become parents," said Vice Governor of West Java, H. Deddy Mizwar after receiving the Assessment Team of Healthy Schools Competition in Papandayan Lounge, Gedung Sate, Diponegoro Street, Bandung to reporters on Monday (25/4).
Vice Governor explained, Healthy Schools Competition has been held by the Ministry of Education and Culture since 1991. The competition aims to campaign and invite all in Indonesia in order to inculcate the culture of clean and healthy living to students starting from school environment.
Vice Governor expects, healthy school competition may continue to be expanded, so as to teach the generation who are aware and do a clean and healthy lifestyle. Its output, said Vice Governor, is to become a productive human beings, because all aspects of the lives of human nature would be disturbed if it is not healthy.
"That's the importance of maintaining health," he said.
