    Train Journey Back to Normal after Signaling Disorders



    BANDUNG- The train journey from Bandung to Jakarta returned to normal after a trip disruption had experienced a delay as an impact on the Karawang-Klari crossing.

    Travel disruption occurred because the signaling device was struck by lightning on Friday (12/27) at 15.52 West Indonesia Time so that the signaling service could not operate properly and now the signal was back to normal on Saturday (12/28) at 09.45 West Indonesia Time, to then decompose the queue KA on the cross continues.

    Previously a number of trains that crossed had experienced a queue of travel through the signaling that was served manually, it also had an impact on the delay in the departure and arrival of trains in the Daop 2 region of Bandung.

    KAI Daop 2 Bandung Public Relations Manager, Noxy Citrea Bridara said, PT KAI Daop 2 Bandung also allows service users affected by disturbances over 60 minutes to be able to cancel the trip with a refund of 100 percent duty according to the ticket price.
