    Vice Governor Invites ICMI to Build West Java

    SUKABUMI REGENCY- West Java Deputy Governor Uu Ruzhanul Ulum attended the Regional Work Gathering (Silakwil) of the Indonesian Muslim Intellectual Association (ICMI) West Java Regional Organization at the Grand Inna Samudra Beach Hotel, Pelabuhan Ratu, Kab. Sukabumi, Saturday (11/30/19).

    According to Uu, the event which took the theme 'ICMI Synergy in Building a West Java Champion' became clear evidence that ICMI of the West Java Regional Office was committed to developing Pasundan Land.

    Uu added, with the application of Dynamic Bureaucracy or Government 3.0, the Regional Government (Pemda) of West Java Province is currently opening space for all parties to be involved in development.

    "All development in West Java in the Ridwan Kamil-Uu Ruzhanul period was prioritized for improving the development gap between rich-poor, strong-weak, north-south and majority-minority," Uu said.

    On the same occasion, Uu also explained the current development priorities of the West Java Provincial Government. Starting from the decentralization of health services, economic growth based on innovation, to the development of tourism destinations and infrastructure.

    Therefore, Uu invited ICMI West Java Regional Office to get involved in realizing priority programs. Moreover, he said, ICMI West Java Regional Office has been able to bring changes to improve community welfare.

    "ICMI must play a role in development, it must be present in the joints of the lives of the people of West Java," he said.

    Chairman of ICMI West Java Regional Office Muhammad Najib appreciated the development program of the West Java Provincial Government which prioritizes the values ??of nyantri, nyakola, and delay. He also hopes that Muslim scholars and Muslims in general contribute significantly to society.

    "Muslims must be more involved in every dynamics of development so that this is our passion," Najib said.
