    West Java Provincial Government Gives Awards to Regencies / Cities and Achievement Regional Apparatus Organization

    BANDUNG - A number of awards were given by the Regional Government (Pemda) of West Java Province to the Regency / City Regional Government and Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) at the Hilton Hotel, Bandung City, Tuesday (11/19/19).

    The awards consist of awards for the 2019 Fair Without Exception (WTP) opinion, the 2017 Regional Cooperation Initiative Apparatus Award, the Best District and City Regional Coordination Team in 2019, and the 2017 Regency / City Regional Government Performance Rating and Performance Award .

    On the same occasion, West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil submitted the Budget Implementation Entry List (DIPA) as well as the 2020 Budget Allocation Transfer Funds and Village Funds.

    "Today there are four events, the first is the awarding of DIPA representing the central government. Second, giving WTP opinion, specifically (to regions that get WTP) five times in a row. There are still three regions that have not (won WTP opinion), that's what we are motivating, "said Emil - greeting Ridwan Kamil.

    "Then giving gifts to proactive areas, such as the Governor, everywhere to establish cooperation. And finally, the best report card in the eyes of West Java Province, "he added.

    Emil said, West Java achievements continue to increase. Even so, he asked all Regency / City Governments and the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) to maintain cohesiveness in order to realize Jabar Champion.

    "I think West Java has improved, but we follow the president's message, in the next five years the focus will be on developing Human Resources (HR), also increasing bureaucratic reform, and improving the quality of infrastructure," he said.

    "I think we are working together on the three formulas, and Forkominda is also compacting again. Hopefully this positive atmosphere will bring Jabar Champion faster, "he added.
    The WTP Opinion Achievement Award obtained five times in a row was given to the Regional Government of Kab, Bekasi, Kab. Ciamis, Kab. Kuningan, Kab. Majalengka, Kab. Sukabumi, Kab. Sumedang, Banjar City, Cimahi City, Depok City, and Sukabumi City.

    Meanwhile, Regency / City Governments that receive WTP opinion in 2018, namely Kab. Bandung, Kab. Bogor, Kab. Cirebon, Kab. Garut, Kab. Indramayu, Kab. Karawang, Kab. Pangandaran, Kab. Purwakarta, Kab. Subang, Bandung City, Bekasi City, Cirebon City, Tasikmalaya City, and Bogor City.

    Meanwhile, DIPA 2020 was symbolically handed over to Commander III / Siliwangi, West Java Regional Police Chief, Chief of West Java High Prosecutor's Office, Chairperson of West Java High Court, Head of BPK RI Representative of West Java, Rector of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, Head of Regional Office III BKN Bandung, Head of Public Broadcasting Institution , Head of West Java Food and Horticultural Crops Office, Head of West Java Education Office, and Head of West Java Health Office.

    Whereas, the Best Regional Initiator for Regional Cooperation In 2019 was received by the West Java Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), West Java Tourism and Culture Office, and West Java Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM).
