BANDUNG - PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) established cooperation with the Samsat Board of Trustees consisting of the Head of the Traffic Corps (Head of Corridor) of the Republic of Indonesia State Police, the Director General of Regional Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the President Director of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero).
This collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by the Director of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Gilarsi W. Setijono and the Head of the National Police Traffic Inspector General Police Drs. Refdi Andri, M.Sc, Director General of Regional Financial Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Drs.Syarifuddin, MM, President Director of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Budi Raharjo in the Ramayana Room of the Prama Grand Preanger Hotel in Bandung on Wednesday (16/10).
The scope of this Memorandum of Understanding includes the sending of Annual Endorsement Registration Stickers Motorized Vehicle Certificates, Proof of Payment Obligation of Payment, utilization of Mobile Giro Post channeling products and Pospay services to accommodate National Online Samsat (Samolnas) Motor Vehicle Tax transactions, Utilization of Posmail for Notification of Pa ' Vehicle tax to taxpayers, Motorized Vehicle Tax Notices that are in trouble (in arrears) either through email (Posmail) or notification through letters and potential e-Stamp usage for proof of payment / payment of Motor Vehicle Tax.
Not only that, a modern MoU channel MoU signing was signed between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and PT Value Stream Indonesia (VSI) as a Samolnas application vendor on Receiving Motor Vehicle Tax Payments through the Mobile Giro Post application and Pospay Services.
With this collaboration it is expected to provide convenience for the community in paying Motor Vehicle Tax through the application of the Giro Mobile Post and coming to the nearest Post Office; This synergy is expected to reduce the number of motor vehicle tax arrears.
To accelerate the execution of cooperation at the regional level (province) so that the community will be served faster, this event will also be attended by the Director of Indonesian Regional Police Traffic, Head of Bapenda throughout Indonesia, Regional Head of Raharja Services in Indonesia and Regional Head of Pos Indonesia and Heads of Provincial Post Offices throughout Indonesia.
