Widyaiswara Utama Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDM) Prov. West Java, Yayat Supriatna, who acts as a game instructor, said that Capacity Building was held to train physical, discipline, and increase cohesiveness. In addition, participants are trained to work together in solving a problem.

"At the core of all this, I want to build togetherness as capital for the success of West Java, led by Governor Ridwan Kamil. Now it is represented by a simulation (role play) just now," Yayat said.

"Strengthen the cohesiveness of togetherness, and there are certain times we must save first removing all the attributes that are attached, for the common good," he added.

In addition, said Yayat, the game simulation is focused on instilling patterns of cooperation in teams and fostering solidarity. The goal is that the West Java OPD prioritizes the common interests and the community.

According to Yayat, the main indicators in Capacity Building are self confidence (team confidence), team building (teamwork), and leadership. Thus, participants' sense of solidarity strengthened and cooperation improved. That way, the target will be more easily achieved if done in a compact and directed manner.

"I see after doing that, reflected by all millennial officials, they are fashionable, speak with a steady attitude," said Yayat.
