Synergizing West Java Development Through KOPDAR

PANGANDARAN REGENCY - West Java Provincial Government (Pemdaprov) under the leadership of Ridwan Kamil-Uu Ruzhanul Ulum made three indicators in providing financial assistance to the Regency / City Regional Government.

The first indicator relates to equity, namely financial assistance provided based on district / city conditions such as population, Regional Original Revenue (PAD), and area. The second indicator is related to district / city performance.

Last is the achievement of the provincial targets or the contribution of the district / city in the success of West Java Provincial Government programs. The three indicators become the guideline of West Java Provincial Government in channeling financial assistance.

"Because all are our citizens, for the welfare of our citizens, we need to work together," said West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil in the Coordinating for the Implementation of Regional Government (KOPDAR) in the Third Quarter of 2019 at the Pantai Indah Timur Hotel, Kab. Pangandaran, Thursday (9/26/19).

"I entrust a number of programs from the provinces that need to be successful. Basically most of them need coordination because the budget is a lot from the province," he added.

On the same occasion, Emil - greeting Ridwan Kamil - explained a number of West Java Provincial Government programs, such as the West Java Quick Response (JQR). According to him, since its launch, JQR has received 57,187 complaints, responded to 34,364 complaints, and successfully took 404 complaints.

Then, Emil also explained the village programs and their progress, for example, One Village One Company (OVOC). Through the program, the West Java Provincial Government can reactivate 596 Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), giving birth to 272 new BUMDes.

In addition, Emil also explained the public awareness program and its realization to date. Take the example of Intimate Credit or Prosperous Economic Community Credit. The program already has 1,985 fostered partners who are netted from 124 houses of worship in West Java.

Then, the One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) program which has involved approximately 1,076 pesantren and the Koran Magrib program which has been carried out routinely in 2,423 mosques in West Java. Emil also said, this year 120 Village Champion Village (Mascara) Village Aspiration Car (Masara) has been prepared for village achievements or improving village status.

"So that later we will send lists of programs that have been running in several regions, and which have not. Please be the attention," Emil said.

Therefore, Emil stated that KOPDAR was important to synergize the district / city development program in West Java. "We have a program, each region also has a program. This KOPDAR is a form of synchronization in ways to develop," Emil said.
