    Deputy Governor Condolences Over the Death of Santri Khusnul Khotimah in Kuningan


    KUNINGAN - Deputy Governor of West Java UU Ruzhanul Ulum expressed his condolences over the death of a student of the Islamic Boarding School Khusnul Khotimah, Kuningan Regency, named Muhammad Rozien. The santri died as a result of thugs in the Cirebon City area, not long ago.

    "We express our condolences for this case, a santri is special, because he will spread religious teachings, now he is dead, a great loss for us," he said in Kuningan, Tuesday (9/10).

    The law expects the legal apparatus to give the fairest punishment to the perpetrators. He also hopes that parents do not need to be afraid to put their children in Islamic boarding schools despite acts of crime against students.

    "Don't be afraid to register with the Islamic boarding school Khusnul Khotimah, it is safe here, and is a large and modern boarding school," he stressed.

    To note Rozien died from being stabbed by a sharp weapon last Friday night, by two perpetrators each with the initials YS (19) and RM (18) who are residents of the Kelurahan / Subdistrict of Lemahwutut Cirebon City, West Java.

    Both of the perpetrators are currently detained in Mapolresta Cirebon for deepening, whether they are related to motorcycle gangs or not.

    For their actions, the perpetrators were threatened with Article 338 and or 351 paragraph 3 and Article 365 of the Indonesian Criminal Code with the threat of imprisonment of more than 15 years. Jo
