    President Launches Programme of Synergy Action for People's Economy

    BANDUNG-In releases received by the editorial jabarprov.go.id of PKP Team Administrator, Monday (11/4), explained that the President Joko Widodo and Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo contrary to Brebes, Central Java Province using the Air Force Super Puma helicopters from the Atang Sandjaja Air Force Base, Bogor.

    In a working visit to the Larangan village, Larangan Subdistrict, Brebes, Central Java, on Monday (11/4), the President will launch the Programme of Synergy Action for People's Economy. The program aims to reduce poverty and improve living standards of rural businesses, by providing the opportunity to work for farmers, ranchers and fishermen.

    The program is implemented under the coordination of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs by involving many ministries, namely the Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Rural and Rural Development (Kemendes), and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).

    The program will be synergised to give it a chance to work for farmers, ranchers, and fishermen. The certification program of land through the Ministry of ATR/BPN and the Ministry of BUMN and state-owned bank.

    Another program is the synergy program of People's Business Credit (KUR) with Inclusion program or the deepening of financial markets. This synergy aims to facilitate entrepreneurs in accessing financial services in rural areas. This program is a synergy of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Ministry of Cooperatives and BUMN and banks.

    This program provides convenience to businesses that are in the area because they do not need to dilute its credit by visiting the banks in the city, but quite melt through dealers as an extension of banking in the regions.

    Synergies in the areas of production include facilities and infrastructure, seed, fertiliser, and extension which will involve a synergy of two ministries, namely the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of PUPR.

    In terms of marketing, the government will also begin introducing a marketing system of agricultural products with an online system (e-commerce) through the development of IT infrastructure in an effort to cut production output distribution chain from the farmer to the consumer. The goal is to maintain the availability and stability of food commodity prices up at the consumer level.

    Examples of applications that use e-commerse is the application of market information, such as limkilo.id, kumis.com, and so forth. The marketing synergy involves three ministries, namely the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Cooperatives and BUMN.

    In the farmers distribution cycle it requires shed as a shelter products, markets, and courier. Over it all, the rural transport will drive the economy of rural communities.

    Certification of Land Rights (SHAT)

    The most fundamental thing in giving the opportunity to work for farmers, ranchers, and fishermen are to have land assets. Because the certification of land rights (shat) became the first cycle.

    Brebes as Pilot Project in Poverty Alleviation

    There are several reasons why Brebes was chosen to be a pilot project in poverty alleviation. First, because it is the centre of onion, and garlic production in Indonesia. Through the launch of this program is expected welfare of the onion farmers can increase and become an example for other businesses in the area.

    Accompanying the President and Mrs. Iriana in a visit to Brebes, were Pratikno as the State Secretary and Pramono Agung as the Cabinet Secretary. The President and his entourage is scheduled to return to Jakarta in the afternoon.
