WEST BANDUNG REGENCY - West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil greeted Parongpong residents in Mobile Fajr at Parongpong Great Mosque, Colonel Masturi Street 288, Parongpong, West Bandung Regency, Sunday (7/7/19).
In an intense dialogue with residents and community leaders, Emil, the nickname of Ridwan Kamil, conveyed the various progress of development in West Java. Emil also motivated residents of West Bandung to contribute to development.
"West Java has nearly 100 thousand mosques. Hopefully it is directly proportional to its prosperity," he said.
Emil invited West Bandung residents to prosper the mosque at dawn. According to him, the sign of the rise of Islam can be seen from the mosque which is always crowded when most people are still asleep.
"From sources that I have read, a situation where Muslims have carried out morning prayers at mosques is as close as Friday prayers, so the signs of Muslims will rise," he said.
The governor is not bored to remind the importance of dawn in congregation. One of them is to maintain enthusiasm in strengthening ukuwah Islamiyah and strengthen Islam as a blessing for the universe.
According to Emil, the traveling dawn activities that he regularly does since becoming a governor are a means of listening to the aspirations of the people. Subling is also a venue for disseminating various programs of the Regional Government of West Java Province.
"I go to Majalengka, Bekasi, KBB and other cities / regencies to connect to friendship. The two submit updates about West Java," he said.
Also present in the midst of the congregation of West Bandung Regent Aa Umbara Sutisna. The regent appreciates the dawn around the governor who is specialized in West Bandung Regency several times. According to him, this is a sign that the governor has a pretty good attention to the people of West Bandung.
"The Governor is present in our midst as a form of attention, while conveying ideas and hopes for the people of West Java," Aa said.
