BANDUNG CITY- Deputy Governor of West Java Uu Ruzhanul Ulum appreciated the "Friday Blessing, Friday Sharing" Parade held by the West Java Police.
The first location that became the destination of the activity was the Great Mosque of the Ujungberung People in Cigending Village, Ujungberung District, Bandung City, Friday (5/7/19).
"We welcomed the activity this time, in the title Friday Blessings. In the context of friendship and giving goodness," said Deputy Governor Uu in his speech.
According to Deputy Governor, friendship and communication are important to continue to be built as an effort to convey various development programs.
"Because the building of communication between leaders and the community is very important, especially regarding programs (development). As it was just conveyed about unity and unity, the togetherness of West Java is better," said Deputy Governor of Uu.
The Deputy Governor hopes that Friday this blessing can give goodness to the wider community. Especially in this activity there is assistance to poor people.
"On this Friday we have to be happy and have to be able to make other people happy. Hopefully (Friday Blessing activities) bring benefit and kindness," said the Deputy Governor.
In collaboration with Islamic Indonesian Lariba, the West Java Regional Police will hold this "Friday Blessing, Friday Sharing" every Friday to the regencies / cities in West Java.
West Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General of Police. Rudy Sufahriadi said that this activity was also an effort to maintain community security in the West Java region.
"On this blessing Friday, I will visit the community in West Java, both every city and district, while greeting the message of kamtibmas while silatirahmi," said the Kapolda.
"God willing (every Friday) I carry out this to each district / city," he said.
After Friday prayers, the community got a free rice box treat. In addition to the Deputy Governor and Head of the West Java Regional Police, there was present the Mayor of Bandung, Oded M Danial and Kapolrestabes Bandung, Senior Commissioner of Pol. Irman Sugema, also former West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan participated in the meal together.
Not only that, in this activity there was also the West Java Regional Police Bidokkes health booth and Polrestabes which were established around the mosque. The community can also check their health for free.
