BANDUNG - This year's departure plan for the pilgrimage through BIJB was postponed until 2020 due to the lack of supporting facilities.
The West Java Parliament requests that West Java International Airport (BIJB) service Kertajati Majalengka Regency be complete to serve God's guests. For this reason, all BIJB facilities and infrastructure must be refined to pursue the departure of the 2020 pilgrimage.
"This is not our guest but a guest of God. The Provincial Government must provide a very satisfying service," said Deputy Chairman of the West Java Parliament, Haris Yuliana, at the West Java Parliament office.
Haris said, if the supporting infrastructure was adequate with the access of Cisumdawu Toll Road, BIJB would not only be able to dispatch pilgrims. However, he added, the airport in Kertajati, Majalengka Regency could be used by commercial aircraft optimally.
Regarding the hajj embarkation, he said, do not be careless. "Make it good there. If I support the people of West Java, all of them will be embarked on Kertajati," he added
He considered, ideally it would be near the airport or not far from Majalengka Regency. Most likely, namely in the Aerocity Kertajati area. "Embarkation is not ready, yes, it must be near the airport. This is Aerocity. It must be planned," he said firmly
Haris added, the cancellation of the Hajj flight from BIJB this year the Provincial Government could take its lessons by ensuring that 2020 can be used optimally.
"Yesterday when I was planned, I also thought I was worried that the pilgrims would be miserable too," he said. Jo
