    The First Time, Ridwan Kamil - Uu Ruzhanul Ulum Held an Open House in Pakuan Building


    BANDUNG CITY- For the first time since serving as Governor and Deputy Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil and Uu Ruzhanul Ulum held an Open House of Eid Al-Fitr 1440 Hijri in Pakuan Building, Otto Iskandardinata Street No. 1, Bandung City, Wednesday (5/6/19).

    After performing prayers with thousands of residents in Gasibu Field, Bandung City, Emil and Uu Ruzhanul held an Open House starting at 08.30 WIB. The Open House is a momentum for both to stay together with the community, as well as echelon officials and staff within the West Java Provincial Government.

    Visible attendees were Atalia Praratya and Lina Ruzhan, also West Java Provincial Secretary Iwa Karniwa and his wife.

    "Alhamdulillah, this is my first Eid and Mr. Uu as the Governor and Deputy Governor of West Java. Earlier we both offered Id prayers at Gasibu, then now Open House," Emil said when met during his friendship with the residents.

    Emil stressed that Eid Al-Fitr was identical with the victory day being the momentum of victory for the Indonesian people. The characteristic is to forgive each other among the nation's children.

    "Then we pray that Eid Al-Fitr all win. The characteristic of victory is being able to forgive and apologize too," he said.

    In addition, Emil remembers all elements of the nation especially those in West Java in order to maintain unity and unity, and continue to prioritize equations compared to existing differences.

    In this way this nation can achieve a true victory that is interpreted by love and peace. Through love and peace, Indonesia is expected to be advanced and empowered based on tolerance and unity.

    "Any difference but our ukhuwah Islamiyah is the same, the pillars of the Islamic faith are the same, what we are looking for God willing, we will always be peaceful," Emil said.

    "With the spirit of Shawwal on the day of victory, we hope that this Indonesian nation will win, become a nation that is empowered, advanced whose foundation is tolerance and ukhuwah," he said. (*)
