BANDUNG (31/5) - Bio Farma again held a free homecoming program as a form of social care and helped the people of Bandung and surrounding areas celebrate the Eid al-Fitr 1440 H, by providing free homecoming modes of transportation, through Mudik Bareng BUMN 2019 bersama Bio Farma program.
This third year activity is part of the BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri activities of the State-Owned Enterprises Minister and SOE synergy, which aims to provide easy access for people who will go home to their hometown safely and comfortably, as well as part of Bio Farma's Ramadhan Safari Activities, such as itikaf, breaking the fast with diffable partners, orphans and marbot mosques.
These travelers, were immediately released by the Mayor of Bandung, Oded M Danial, Head of Sukajadi District, Head of the Bandung City Manpower Office, and the Bio Farma Board of Directors who were from the departure point at Bio Farma, Bandung.
In his remarks, Oded said, his side thanked Bio Farma, for giving the opportunity to go home to the citizens of Bandung, and this year was more compared to it. With previous years, to meet relatives.
Director of Human Resources and General Bio Farma Disril Revolin Putra said the joint homecoming program was part of the Indonesian SOE Ministry program, namely BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri, to help people who want to celebrate the victory day in their hometown with their beloved family.
"We want to help travelers who usually use two-wheeled vehicles to switch to a safer and more convenient mode of transportation, one of them is bus, especially for residents who bring families, especially children, so that residents can go home comfortably," Disril said.
Disril added that in the future, it is hoped that this program can become the main choice for the city of Bandung when going home to their hometown to gather with their families.
"In 2019 Bio Farma dispatches 1,000 travelers, who are people who work in the city of Bandung with the purpose of their respective hometowns, namely: Wonosobo, Yogyakarta and Wonogiri,"
This year there has been a significant increase in the number of travelers, last year we helped 800 travelers, and this year we helped 1000 travelers from Bandung and surrounding areas and departed using 22 buses with the final destination to 3 buses, Wonosobo, 8 Yogyakarta bus and Wonogiri as many as 11 buses ", said Disril.
