BANDUNG CITY- West Java Provincial Government (Pemdaprov) issued a circular number 850/40 / ORG on the Joint Leave of Civil Servants (PNS) in 2019 and Flag Ceremony on June 1, 2019.
Through the circular, the West Java Provincial Government set the date 3, 4, and 7 June 2019 as a holiday together with Eid al-Fitr 1440 H. It means that the Eid holidays for all civil servants in the West Java Provincial Government are from June 2-9 2019 due to the date 5-6 Eid holidays.
Therefore, all civil servants in the West Java Provincial Government must enter the office on 31 May 2019 and attend on 1 June 2019 to attend the Flag Ceremony to commemorate the Birthday of Pancasila. All West Java Provincial Government Civil Servants began working again on Monday (10/6/2019).
In addition, West Java Regional Secretary Iwa Karniwa stressed that there were no additional leave for civil servants other than joint leave determined by the Government, except for important and urgent reasons such as the need for medical treatment due to illness, family / relatives who were sick / died or married.
Determination of joint leave is important in order to realize the efficiency and effectiveness of the working days of all civil servants in the West Java Provincial Government. West Java Provincial Government Civil Servants who carry out the task of providing services to the community during joint leave, will be given an additional annual leave as compensation.
