BANDUNG CITY- Breakfasting Together on the Street (Bubos) 2019 which was initiated by the West Java Provincial Government (Pemdaprov) along with Moving West Java, West Java PKK Driving Team, and a series of sponsors, entered the Original Indonesian Record (ORI) as Tadarus and Break Fasting activities with the most participants via video conference.
According to West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil, Bubos 2019 is a program that raises the values of togetherness while glorifying the holy month of Ramadan. Emil - Ridwa Kamil's familiar greeting - considers that Bubos 2019 shows the true face of the Indonesian nation.
"This is the real face of Indonesia. We carry out the joint opening together in 27 cities / regencies, then Tadarus simultaneously also receives an ORI record too, "he said in the Gedung Sate area, Bandung, Saturday (05/25/2019).
What Emil said was not without foundation. The event was also enlivened by non-Muslim communities. There were several interfaith communities who participated in the success of Bubos 2019. This shows that harmony is the face of West Java.
"This activity is not only attended by Muslims but also other religious people who feel the importance of harmony, feeling happy to be part of the Muslim community to carry out joint breaking fast," he said.
Emil also hopes that this will become the spirit of the West Java Provincial Government whose echoes are heard throughout the Indonesian region. That way, he said, the pleasure of nation and state in West Java can continue to be maintained.
"Hopefully the spirit of today from West Java Province resonates (echoes) can reach all of Indonesia. And we guard the favor of Allah, the pleasure of ukhuwah islamiyah, ukhuwah wathoniah, and our ukhuwah manusia, "he said.
With the theme "Glorifying the Qur'an, Strengthening the Holy Spirit, and Presenting Love", Bubos 2019 presents a spiritual wash of Wisdom Nuzulul Quran delivered by Ustadz Aam Amirudin. Then, continue with Break Fast Together.
About 12 thousand people consist of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from 50 provincial OPDs, poor people, the elderly, the community and the general public, as well as elements of the West Java Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), including regional heads and West Java residents from 27 districts / Cities participate in Bubos 2019.
