    Safari Ramadhan; Bio Farma Provides Training Skill for Making Muslim Clothing


    BANDUNG - (05/17/2019) In the holy month of Ramadhan in 2019, Bio Farma again shared happiness with others, through the Safari Ramadhan 1440 H. program. The program was in the form of compensation for disabled, blind, orphans, marbot mosques, and assistance for An Nahdlah Depok boarding school, as part of the SOE activities Present to the Country.

    In addition to providing compensation, Bio Farma also held a joint homecoming program and a cheap market. As in previous years, this activity was coupled with breaking the fast with a large family of Bio Farma employees, Commissioners, Directors and the mass media. This activity was held on May 17, 2019 at the Masjid An Nuur Bio Farma.

    The Director of Bio Farma, M. Rahman Roestan, said that this compensation is an SOE Present for the country, in the form of cheap food aid in welcoming Ramadhan, besides being part of Bio Farma's philosophy of spirit, dedicated to improving quality of life, or dedicated to improve quality of life.

    "The quality of life that we pay attention not only in terms of health, but also from the other side, for example, education, economy and their independence. How the assistance that we provide, can make them more independent from an economic and social standpoint, "said Rahman.

    Assistance assembled in the Safari Ramadhan 1440 H activity was given to six people with disabilities, Bio Farma provided training assistance in the form of making mukena, and Muslim clothes that had begun to be marketed.

    In addition to training for people with disabilities, Bio Farma also provides assistance to 30 blind people, 125 marbot mosques, 170 orphans, boarding schools, with a total assistance of Rp. 600 million. In addition to providing compensation, Bio Farma also provided fleet assistance for 1,000 travelers who will depart at the end of Ramadan, and hold low-cost markets for the Kertawangi and Sukajadi sub-districts in the near future.

    Cheap Homecoming and Cheap Food

    Bio Farma is again holding a free homecoming program for Ramadhan in 2019 which will be held in the last week of Ramadan.

    This activity is part of the Ministry of BUMN program as a form of commitment of SOE Present to the Country to welcome the Idul Fitri 1440 H.

    According to Bio Farma Corporate Secretary, Bambang Heriyanto, this year Bio Farma will target 1000 travelers with West Java - Central Java routes through the north and south routes, "This program aims to facilitate travelers who usually use two wheels, as well as to reduce the potential for traffic accidents , and provide comfort for travelers, who usually go with family who bring babies and toddlers, so that they can celebrate the victory day feeling calm and happy, "said Bambang.

    In addition to the homecoming program, Bio Farma will also carry out cheap markets simultaneously in two places, Sukajadi Subdistrict and Kertawangi Village, Cisarua Sub-District, West Bandung, which is Bio Farma's 1st ring area, in the form of 10 kg rice, 2 liters cooking oil, 2 kg of sugar, valued at Rp. 25,000, so that it is able to be reached by the pre-prosperous community.
