Regional Police Prepared Safeguarding of Ketupat Lebaran 2019

BANDUNG - West Java Regional Police Chief, Police Brigadier General. Dr. Akhmad Wiyagus, S.I.K, M.S.I., M.M., Thursday (05/09/2019) led the Coordination Meeting of the Cross-Sectoral Lodaya Rhombus Operation Year 2019 in the context of securing Idul Fitri 1440 Hijrians in 2019.

In the West Java Regional Police Chief's remarks read by the West Java Regional Police Deputy Chief, the 2019 Eid Al-Fitr Coordination Meeting in 2019 is an annual routine agenda to strengthen coordination and cooperation between relevant agencies, and evaluate various obstacles and shortcomings during the previous year's operations, so this year it is getting better at providing security, service and comfort to the community.

On this occasion, West Java was presented as an inter-provincial crossing route and the main route going back and forth to Lebaran, of course, making the West Java region a very crowded route, and prone to traffic jams, violations and traffic accidents. Besides that, with the increase in the number of vehicles, which is not comparable with the increase in road capacity, of course it will also have an impact on increasing the flow of homecoming and the backflow of Eid.

For this reason, the West Java Regional Police has prepared the concept of centralized operation security with the code of Operation Ketupat Lodaya 2019 which was held for 13 days, starting from 29 May 2019 to 10 June 2019.

Present at the Joint Cross-Sectoral Meeting Secretary of West Java Province Drs. Iwa Karniwa, Kasdam III / Siliwangi, Kabinda Jabar, Kasgartap II / Bandung, Wakajati West Java, Chairperson of Commission I of West Java DPRD, High Judge of West Java High Court, key officials of West Java Regional Police, Commander of TNI Units, Heads of Agencies and Agencies Provincial Government West Java, Police Chief, Police / Police Headquarters of West Java Regional Police, and related agencies.
