    West Java Government Set Up a Teacher Resource Management Ahead of The Transfer in Management of SMA/SMK


    BANDUNG – Ahead of the implementation of the management of high school or vocational school (SMA/SMK) by the Government of West Java, which will take place in the upcoming 2017, the Government of West Java had already set up a teacher resources management system.
    As expressed by the Assistant of the Government of West Java’s People Welfare, Ahmad Hadadi during an interview with media, Tuesday (29/03).
    Ahmad Hadadi further more explained that as a teacher whose status is a civil servant; the wage had been allocated from the General Allocation Fund (DAU).

    As for the civil servant teacher’s Professional Educator Allowance (TPP), the amount will be adjusted to West Java’s regional budget. 
    The amount of TPP will be increased gradually. Meanwhile as for the temporary teachers the process will be adjusted through a working contract.

    As for that process, The Government of West Java will consult the State Minister for the Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucracy Reform (PANRB) for an approval. 

    The education budgeting, according to Hadidi will cover the budget of high school and vocational school’s management in the amount of 20% of the regional budget.  By considering current regional budget which is in the amount of Rp 28 Trillion it makes the budget for education purposes reaches Rp 6 Trillion.
