BANDUNG - The West Java Provincial Government is still waiting for certainty of the schedule from the State Palace regarding President Joko Widodo's plan to lead the groundbreaking of the North South (NS) Link Toll Road.
West Java Secretary Iwa Karniwa said from a report from Director of PT Jasa Sarana Diah S Wahyusari, the development of a groundbreaking plan that is currently awaiting an official announcement from the State Palace. "Later the Palace will announce immediately when, we in the province will prepare," he said at Gedung Sate, Bandung, Monday (04/08/2019).
According to her, the province continues to prepare regulations and needs in the field together with PT Citra Marga Lintas Jabar who will build the elevated toll road along approximately 14 kilometers. "It is good regulation and authority that is in accordance with provincial authority," he said.
But Iwa made sure the possibility of a groundbreaking will be held this April but regarding the time and date, his party was not in a position to decide. Initially NS Link will be released in the third Sunday last March. "This April Inshaallah, the certainty is certain this April," she said.
According to her, the decision to start the project has become the authority of the Center, considering that the toll road is the domain of the Toll Road Management Agency. The preparation for the start of his own physical project according to Iwa was very well prepared. "From various aspects already ready, this may be a relatively fast toll road implementation," she explained.
Diah S Wahyusari added that they estimated the construction costs for the Pasir I Koja-Leuwi section in length to reach Rp1.5 trillion. Using elevated technology or elevated tolls on the land owned by the provincial government, Diah ensures that he does not allocate much budget for land acquisition. "We are still recalculating the amount, our initial calculation is around Rp1.5 trillion in physical investment section I," she said.
Sari said that the NS Link planned from Pasir Koja-Supratman was intended to move to Cicaheum regarding the toll road issue, which was feared for cultural heritage and green areas.
According to him, the toll road initiated by PT Citra Marga Lintas Jabar which is a consortium from PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, and PT Jasa Sarana will initiate groundbreaking on the land near the Pasir Koja toll road owned by PT Jasa Marga.
"This is for the first section of Pasirkoja-Leuwipanjang as far as 7.4 kilometers, the construction of this toll road also simultaneously ensures the commitment of Jasa Sarana to maintain share ownership in CMLJ," he said. (Even)
