The Governor of West Java, Mochamad Ridwan Kamil, expressed his appreciation for the implementation of the 2019 Paper and Pencil Based National Examination (UNKP) which took place in 324 Special Schools (SLB) in West Java, which went very well and smoothly.
"The implementation of the UNKP in schools is going very well, children who have different needs are served with good procedures, there is also assistance for students who have difficulties," he said.
The Governor also expressed his appreciation for the achievement of SLBN A in the city of Bandung, which has succeeded in delivering graduates to the formal work world such as other workers.
"This year there have been 3 alumni who have been accepted to work formally in the banking sector and this year there have been 8 other national banks that are willing to accept them," he said.
According to the Governor, the acceptance of their work in the formal sector has proven that currently there is no dichotomy between persons with disabilities and non-disabled as long as they have special abilities and expertise.
"There is no discrimination, all humans are created by Allah with their own uniqueness," said the Governor, while reviewing the implementation of the UNKP in SLBN A, Bandung, Tuesday (02/04).
As reported earlier, the National Paper and Pencil Based Exam (UNKP) 2019 in West Java was attended by around 937 student participants spread across cities and regencies in West Java. (Parno)
