Dozens of Candidates for Labor Envoys Declared Integrity Pact

BANDUNG - A total of 32 Legislative Candidates (Candidates) from among workers who will participate in competing in the General Election (Election) which will take place on 17 April 2019 will declare an integrity pact.

Chairman of the West Java KSPSI Regional Leadership Council (DPD), Roy Jinto Ferianto, said that the activity of declaration of integrity pact was very important because the workers had to place their representatives at every level of parliament in the City / Regency, Province, Republic of Indonesia Parliament and the DPD.

"Candidates from all Indonesian Workers' Unions (SPSI) are the best cadres," said Roy, at Graha Emeral No. 82-83 Bandung City, Thursday (03/14).

Roy hopes that if they later become members of the legislature, they will not leave the SPSI where they have been brought up and can help advance the organization, maintain the good name of the organization and fight for the rights and interests of SPSI members in particular, workers and community members in general.

"The large number of SPSI members who have advanced to become legislative candidates describing the West Java SPSI will change the pattern of their struggle for the future and the organization," he said.

The five West Java Trade Union Federations (FSP TSK, FSP LEM, FSP KEP, FSP RTMM, FSP KAHUT) who are members of the SPSI which is the largest trade union in West Java will carry out the 46th anniversary. (Parno)
