BANDUNG - On the occasion of the monthly taklim assembly in Pakuan Building on Sunday (3/3/2019), West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil invited West Java people to help rebuild mosques in Palestine which were destroyed by Israeli attacks.
"That is the mother of the Hafidz mosque where the Al-Quran memorizers have been produced, whose conditions have been destroyed by the Israeli army. They were forced to pray under the tent in the rubble of the mosque," said the Governor.
Therefore, he invited the people of West Java to set aside part of their wealth to help the Palestinian people, especially in the Gaza Strip, in the construction of mosques.
"I made the picture at the request of them, while the funds are still lacking. God willing, in August the mosque will be built soon," explained Ridwan Kamil.
As a province with the largest number of Muslims even more than Saudi Arabia Muslims, it is appropriate for West Java to be the leader in helping his brothers in Palestine. (Even)
