BANDUNG-Read newspapers on Friday Accompanied by coffee so delicious, West Java and Indonesia will be great if the TNI / Polri is united with the people.
The fragments of the rhyme are the closing remarks of the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil at the Kapolri Silaturahmi Gathering with Community Leaders and Religious Leaders in Order to Realize the Safe, Peaceful and Cool 2019 Pileg and Pilpres at the West Java Regional Police Headquarters, Jl. Soekarno-Hatta, Bandung, Friday (2/15/19).
According to Emil - Ridwan Kamil's nickname, Indonesia will be great and can become a superpower in the world if it is united and compact. Not looking for differences with each other over the existing equations, because it can be a seed for division.
"This country will be extraordinary, this country will be great, cannot be defeated if we hold on to cohesiveness and unity. But if we often look for differences between our equations, look for gaps that are different between the same, that's the seeds of division," Emil said.
For this reason, on this occasion Emil invited all parties to maintain and be grateful for the life of the nation and state through oral and mind.
"Therefore, on this occasion we are protected by the pleasure of the nation and state by Allah SWT. We take care of our oral history. It has proven that leaders who have oral injuries can make their nation divorced. We must guard from our minds," he said
In the presence of the Head of Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Kapolri) General Pol. Tito Karnavian, Emil also ensured that Pancasila, NKRI, Bhineka Tunggal Ika & UUD 1945 were upright in West Java. In the past the ulamas berijtihad with the founding fathers of the nation to make Pancasila as a blessing and agreement on the contract to create a family with the name of Indonesia.
"If the contract is disturbed by the following generations, we are not sure that this NKRI can survive, unless we maintain a contract or good intention that has been presented with the name Pancasila," Emil said.
"Therefore, the Chief of Police does not need to worry, sir, I will ensure that the Governor of West Java will ensure that the Pancasila is upright, the NKRI is upright, Bhineka is left upright, the 1945 Constitution is upright," he continued.
Meanwhile, National Police Chief Gen. Pol. Tito Karnavian invites us to look after Indonesia and West Java, especially ahead of the 2019 Presidential Election and Pileg. This can be done through various security efforts.
"We must take care of Indonesia and West Java. The occurrence of this political contestation must occur in a state of peace and must be completed in a safe and peaceful situation as well. That is an important condition for us," said Tito.
"We have to take care by creating security efforts. We make contestation in April a party for democracy. We have to take care of this and we design West Java and Indonesia, so that the atmosphere of the party (democracy) is not a scary atmosphere," he said
Tito was optimistic that the 2019 Presidential Election and Pileg would be safe and peaceful. Moreover, West Java has the capital, because according to Tito Jabar has experience implementing elections in a conducive, safe and peaceful manner.
"God willing, we are optimistic that the implementation of the 2019 Election will be safe and peaceful," said Tito.
"I also urge you to use your right to vote but we must keep guarding, West Java must be safe, peaceful, calm," he said.
On the same occasion, the National Police Chief also inaugurated the Al Amman mosque which is located behind the West Java Regional Police Headquarters office. The mosque which is on an area of 4,000 m2 swallows a development budget of more than Rp. 17 billion and can accommodate around 2,000 worshipers.
Tito hoped that the mosque could increase the faith and spirituality of the National Police members, especially those in the West Java Regional Police. That way Polri members can control themselves, so that the existing authority and weapons are not misused to disturb the community.
"This (Al Amman mosque) can be a means to strengthen the spiritual members of the police, especially in the West Java Regional Police," he hoped.
