The targets are given by the President to all ministries so that the problems become measurable. At the ATR / BPN Ministry, the problem is that land certificates that have not been completed for years, even though the people need certificates in recognition of the land rights they have.

"It should be easy for the people to take care of it, they can take care of themselves, do not use intermediaries, do not use brokers, if there are costs, the costs are also clear, and also we hope the completion is fast, not having to wait months or years. it's like this now, "he stressed.

From the release of the State Secretariat, the President added, at the end of 2014 the ATR Minister / Head of BPN told him that there were 126 million parcels of land in the entire country which had not been certified. Of these, only 46 million plots of land have been completed.

"There will be no more land conflicts. And we can make leaps of progress, because people can use their asset certificates to make collateral, make collateral, and move the economy and improve people's welfare," he said.
