BANDUNG-Chairman of the West Java Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Agung Suryamal hopes that the new Kadin chairman who will replace him can work professionally and protect all entrepreneurs in West Java.
To be known, West Java Chamber of Commerce will re-elect a new chairman for the period 2018 -2023. The three candidates who will become leaders of the West Java Kadin are Boris Syaifullah, Rudi Rakitan and Tatan Pria Sudjana. They will be selected in the Musprov VII which will take place February 7 in the city of Cirebon.
During Agung's leadership, in two periods, various innovations have emerged for the economic development of West Java. Such as the formation of new entrepreneurs through the PERAHU program and also GARUDA with the same goal, creating entrepreneurship at the village level.
In its leadership, West Java Kadin can also have its own building and also has a Training Center for West Java entrepreneurs.
"The hope is that Kadin leaders will be born who are getting better than me. Synergy must be strengthened, with the West Java Provincial Government and other stakeholders," he said.
The Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, according to Agung, must prioritize professionalism, clear and clean, both personal and corporate owned.
Chairperson of the Muprov VII Office of West Java Chamber of Commerce and Industry Harri Raharta said there were around 500 entrepreneurs, associations, observers, and regional officials and planned the West Java Governor would open the event.
"There are 27 Kadinda with three votes and 16 associations with one vote entitled to vote for the three candidates," he said.
The theme that was carried out in the Musprov VII West Java Kadin was to Improve the Synergy of the Business World in Sustainable Economic Development towards West Java Champion.
Cirebon was chosen as the location of Musprov because Kadin sees the region as the focal point of economic development and new business opportunities, given the massive development such as airports and toll roads to new ports. Jo
