DEPOK CITY - West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil or familiarly called Kang Emil greeted residents in Cimanggis, Depok City for Subling or Subuh Keliling activities. Subling this time took place at the Ba'abul Jannah Mosque, Duta Plaza Street No. 1, Tugu Village, Cimanggis Subdistrict, Depok City, Sunday morning (01/20/19).
"I do this round trip always without preparation, because I want to interact naturally, as naturally as possible to meet my citizens," Emil said.
As a West Java leader at this time, Emil revealed that he wanted to maximize all potential and capabilities.
"Power is temporary. While I will maximize it," he continued.
According to Emil, the task of the leader is to ensure that the area he leads is safe and conducive. He also reminded citizens to always maintain unity and unity through friendship to avoid actions that could cause division.
"We must maintain our united commitment. It may look cliché but we must guard it," he said.
Emil gave an example, there were several countries in the world disbanding because of unity and lack of brotherhood, so that it was divided into several countries today. Just say the Yugoslavia was divided into several countries such as Bosnia, Montenegro, Croatia and others.
"I reminded you not to fight. We avoid things that can cause a fight," he ordered.
Then, continued Emil, another task of a leader is to bring change to the people and the area they lead. Certainly a change in a better direction.
To that end, Emil said that under his leadership, the West Java Provincial Government would provide a grant to build the creative center for Depok youth and build fly over.
In addition, related to tourism, the Regional Government of West Java Province will also provide a budget of around Rp. 40 billion for the revitalization of Situ Rawa Kalong.
