President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo and Vice President Jusuf "JK" Kalla success to completed a number of projects stalled in a year. The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), have eight stalled projects.

The eight projects are Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road; Dr. Ir. Soekarno bridge, North Sulawesi; Merah Putih bridge, Maluku; Jatigede dam, West Java; Nipah dam, East Java; Bajulmati dam, East Java; handling of Lumpur Sidoarjo, East Java; and development the Tayan Bridge in West Kalimantan.

The eight of strategic projects have a same history development, that is halting, even arguably "stalled" because of various reasons. However, under the command of Basuki Hadimuljono, they are unyielding.

To pursue of progress, Basuki Hadimuljono issued the Instruction of Minister Basuki  Hadimuljono No:3/IN/M/2015 dated July 27, 2015 which contains eight command points. The main point is instructed echelons two and three to work in 24 hours a day. "They work in two shifts," explained the Minister.

The hard efforts show tangible results. Cikopo-Palimanan Toll (Cipali) with 116,7 km and as the longest toll road in Indonesia is successfully inaugurated by President Jokowi, on June 13, 2015.

Another successful project is completed the Sukarno Bridge in Manado which was inaugurated on May 28, 2015. Then Jatigede dam that was built 50 years ago, successfully flooded by August 31 2015.

Related to Cipali Toll, it has created a history as the longest development history, which passed 6 RI leadership era.

The idea of the development Cipali Toll was already started in the President Suharto era. It was recorded in the data of Bina Marga (Highway), Subang since 1996. Unfortunately, the project stalled due to the financial crisis that occurred in 1998.

There is no progress in the era of President Habibie, Abdurrahman Wahid or Gus Dur and Megawati, then finally it begun to be realized in the era of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).

"Cipali is part of the Trans Java toll road project that passes through five districts in West Java, there are Purwakarta, Subang, Indramayu, Majalengka and Cirebon. This toll road has 99 bridges connected to the Jakarta - Cikampek toll road and palimanan - Kanci toll road," said the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono.

With various difficulties in development, finally the Cipali toll rates agreed in Rp 96 thousand. "With the operation of Cikopo - palimanan  toll roads, it will reduce mileage Pantura line along approximately 40 km and reduce travel time for approximately 1.5 hours," said Basuki.

PUPR team's hard work was appreciated by President Jokowi. "In the mid-December I came here and asked for finishing it before Lebaran. Alhamdulillah it has finished before fasting and can be start operated," said Jokowi during the inauguration of the Cipali toll.
