    Prayer Together Realize the 2019 Peaceful Election

    GARUT REGENCY-West Java Regional Police along with all elements of the community conduct Istighosah as well as Declaration in order to realize the 2019 legislative and presidential elections which are cool, safe and peaceful in Garut Regency.

    Present on the occasion was the West Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General of Police. Drs. Agung Budi Maryoto, M.S.I. along with the Main Officer (PJU) of West Java Regional Police, Rois Syuriyah PWNU West Java, Regent of Garut, Deputy Regent of Garut, Chairman of KPU Kab. Garut, Head of Bawaslu Kab. Garut, Kajati of Garut, Head of PN Garut, Chairperson of MUI Kab. Garut, Ulama and Religion Leader of Kab. Garut, Youth Figures, Civil Society Organizations, NGOs, OKP Garut.

    In his speech, the West Java Regional Police Chief said that the implementation of the Istighosah was one of the efforts of all layers to realize the 2019 Election which was safe, peaceful and cool.

    Facing the 2019 Election, there are many negative issues circulating in the media, all because of technological advances where the delivery of information through digital media is very quickly published.

    "It is expected not to be quickly provoked by negative issues that circulate and develop," said the Head of Regional Police in his remarks at the Garut Mapolres Field Court on Sunday (12/23/2018).

    The West Java Police Chief said that the synergy of the TNI and Polri would create security and comfort for all levels of society, especially in facing the 2019 Election.

    "The West Java Regional Police through the Garut Regional Police are ready to secure the process of the 2019 Election and ask for support from all levels of society to participate in the success of the 2019 Election," he concluded.

    After that, the activity continued with the reading of the Peace Declaration Text and the signing of the Peaceful Election by the Election organizers, Political Parties, Religious Leaders, Youth Figures, Community Leaders, Students, Civil Society Organizations / NGOs. (Even)
