    Proving Reliability, PLN Invites Customers to See Renewable Energy Power Plants


    PURWAKARTA - PLN invites its customers to look closely at power plants from new renewable energy. A total of 30 business and industrial customers in Karawang witnessed the process of producing electricity from the Cirata hydroelectric power plant and Cirata solar power plant.

    Cirata PLTA which is one of the largest hydropower plants in Southeast Asia with a total capacity of 1008 MW which is a Java Bali interconnection system supplier. attended with GM PLN Customers West Java Distribution Unit, Iwan Purwana, Niaga Senior Manager and Customer Service, Marjon Sinaga and Karawang Customer Service Unit (UP3) Manager, Yusuf Suyono.

    On this occasion, Iwan Purwana in his remarks said that PLN was working to improve service.

    "PLN continues to make efforts to increase the use of green energy. In its plants, besides the Cirata PLTA, PLN is currently building the Upper Cisokan Project which is planned to have a capacity of 1040 MW and Jatigede PLTA with a capacity of 110 MW," he said Wednesday (12/12).

    After following the site visit to Cirata PLTA the customer was treated to the appearance of young artist Ghaitsa Kenang, Champion 3 Rising Star at Herper Hotel Purwakarta.

    In this meeting the PLN and PJB departments conveyed that they will continue to strive to provide reliable and quality quality supplies for PLN customers, especially Customers in Medium Voltage. Jo
