Preventing Corruption, License in West Java Later Will Be Online

BANDUNG - Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil expects the licensing system in West Java to all be online in the current digital era.

Emil, as Ridwan Kamil said, expressed his hope after opening the West Java Regional Government One-Stop Integrated Services Coordination Meeting in the Framework of an Integrated Corruption Prevention Action Plan in the West Java Province in the DPMPTSP Hall of West Java Province, Jl. Windu No. 26 Bandung, Tuesday (11/13/18).

According to him, in his leadership and Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, the online licensing system would standardize the quality of service to the community. This system will be implemented in all districts / cities in West Java. All must be one door, no more doors.

"I give time for those who have not been one door for six months to synchronize this standard," Emil said.

Furthermore, Emil said that later the ranking would be made for any area whose service quality was good or still had to be improved. "This ranking will be published. If it still doesn't change better then it will be sanctioned," he said.

"So that one day, everyone does not need to come physically, whatever their business must be digital," he explained.

According to him, the provincial spirit is digital, meaning that all services in this province should not meet again between the applicant and officials.

Besides that, Emil also gave an idea, after he visited several licensing places abroad. That this permit can be approved in minutes. After the proposal is processed with a clause, then within a certain time it does not fulfill the requirements there are legal sanctions for its public lies.

"That might help, so the movement can be faster," he concluded.

The Chairperson of the Regional Task Force IV KORSUPGAH KPK RI, Wuryono Prakosa, said that this meeting was part of the action plan for the coordination and supervision of KPK prevention in recent years. One of the themes is licensing.

Furthermore, Wuryono revealed, this coordination meeting was carried out because of the emergence of the Online Single Submission (OSS) program. OSS is a government program regarding licensing innovation with digital systems.

But over time, after going around Monev in West Java, there were still many obstacles in implementing the one-door implementation of using OSS.

"It is expected that the coordination results can be synchronized and coordinated at the central level in the near future. So that early in the year hopefully the implementation of OSS will have no obstacles," he hoped.
