BANDUNG-West Java Provincial Government plans to create a creative center in a number of cities and regencies in West Java, to accommodate creative young people who have the ability to produce a work of innovation.
The Governor of West Java, Mochamad Ridwan Kamil expects, the existence of this creatif center is able to suppress and eradicate the negative activities of young people in West Java that lead to crimes, especially those related to drugs.
"Whatever the issue of young people who are looking for momentary enjoyment, we have to fight with productive programs, why do I want to make a creative center so that I can hang out at the creative center for only 24 hours, what are there," said the Governor after attending the DPRD Plenary Meeting West Java, Friday (11/11).
Previously, the Provincial Narcotics National Agency (BNNP) of West Java predicted the circulation of narcotics would increase towards the end of 2018, as in previous years.
