    Bukalapak Cooperates with Bareksa to Introduce Mutual Fund Investment in Bandung


    BANDUNG - In collaboration with Bareksa, a Mutual Fund Selling Agent, Bukalapak has launched the BukaReksa Feature in January 2017. Now through BukaReksa, Bukalapak is re-socializing mutual fund investments.

    The number of mutual fund investors recorded as of July 2018 in the Indonesian Central Securities Depository [KSEI] has reached more than 800,000 investors and as many as more than 110,000 investors [data as of October 2018] have registered at BukaReksa.

    Bukalapak and Bareksa continue to work to increase the number of mutual fund investors in BukaRéksa through a number of activities. The seminar themed "Maximize Your Investments in Open Investment" was held in three cities, namely Jakarta, Semarang and Bandung.

    "On Sunday, October 28, 2018, Bukalapak collaborated with Bareksa to invite all investors to open mutual funds to attend an educational seminar held at Lilipadi Café & Resto, Bandung," said Abdul Hafizh Asri, Bukalapak Investment Solution Manager to reporters Friday (10/26) )

    He said Bukalapak continued to strive to make it easier for people to invest. Bukalapak users can invest in mutual funds in BukaReksa starting from IDR 10,000 with various payment methods.

    Adam Nugroho as Business Development Bareksa added that Bareksa as an Investment Fund Selling Agent had obtained OJK permission.

    "Together with Bukalapak, we want to provide a more maximal understanding to the public regarding investment and mutual fund investment strategies. In addition to increasing financial literacy, we hold this seminar with the aim that investors can add to the investment value and the period of their investment so that they can get optimal profits from the investment results, "he said.

    He said that around 23 percent or around 61 thousand investment actors in Bareksa came from West Java, and around 11 thousand of them were in the city of Bandung. jo
