BANDUNG-Governor of West Java Mochamad Ridwan Kamil and Vice-Governor of West Java, Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, attended the DPRD Plenary Session of the West Java Provincial concerning the Submission of Answers to the Governor of the West Java Provincial DPRD Fractions to 2 Regional Regulations.
In his speech, the Governor conveyed 2 Regional Regulations, each related to the Regional Energy General Plan for West Java Province 2018-2050 and the Regional Regulation Draft on Management of Regional Property.
"Regarding renewable energy, this is important because the world has didn't agree to use fossil fuel-based energy anymore, now this is a target of 15% and we have to prepare the strategy until 2050," he said.
In the presence of the leaders and members of the West Java DPRD, the Governor stated West Java must be ready for new energy if oil and gas are depleted and cannot be exploited again.
"If oil and natural gas are to run out, we have to be ready," the Governor said, after the Plenary Meeting of the West Java DPRD, Wednesday (09/19).
Meanwhile the Draft Regional Regulation on Management of Regional Property, according to the Governor, even though it is already good and the category is Unqualified (WTP) but there are management of assets need to be optimized through local regulations.
"Although the WTP is already good, Mr. Aher is also extraordinary, but there are management of assets that need to be optimized, not only business managers but also optimal can generate income from PAD, especially assets that are land or building," he said. (Parno)
