BANDUNG-Governor and Deputy Governor of West Java, Mochamad Ridwan Kamil-Uu Ruzhanul Ulum gathered regional secretaries (Sekda) throughout West Java in Gedung Sate, Bandung, Wednesday (12/9/18). The regional secretaries were gathered, in order to strengthen synergy in development between the provincial and district / city governments.

"I gather regional secretaries from West Java to inform technically, related to the plan of priority programs from the Governor and Deputy Governor," Governor Ridwan Kamil said in Gedung Sate, Wednesday (12/9/18).

Emil, his nickname, wants the government in West Java to be innovative and collaborative, where togetherness between the regency / city government and the provincial government must be truly synergistic.

Because the ultimate goal of development is community welfare. So, there needs to be a harmonization of development so that it really provides many benefits for the welfare of the people of West Java.

"To those who have already got the program plan, surely, they must be responsive to prepare. For example if you want a square, yes the land must be ready, if you want to develop 'smart city' in the public service, please prepare the facilities, and the tourism, if you want to renovate the market please also prepared, "said Emil.

Second, for the sake of more relaxed communication, it will utilize technology, namely by forming Whatsapp Group between regions secretaries, and between regions head.

"The Whatsapp inter-regional group is formed, and between regions is formed as well. Insyaallah, coordination can be smoother," he said.

Emil hopes, in December 2019, it can be seen that the program's footprints are being implemented. For example, next Friday or Monday, a quick response team (Jabar Quick Response) will start working.

"Later this team will respond to humanitarian issues such as health, collapsing houses, hospital patients who has less costs. So that people feel the government is really present in their midst," he said.
