    Jasa Raharja Pay Benefits for Accident Victims in Cikidang Sukabumi

    BANDUNG-PT. Jasa Raharja provides compensation to 15 heirs from 21 victims who died because of accident Public Transportation Bus Tourism "Jakarta Wisata Transport" with Police Number B 7023 SGA, on Saturday (08/09).

    Direct compensation was given by Jasa Raharja Budi Rahardjo.S President Director and Bogor Regent Nurhayanti, at the Hall of Bogor Regent West Java.

    For 16 wounded victims, in the accident, Jasa Raharja has issued a Maintenance Fee Guarantee Letter to 4 (four) Hospitals, as many as 7 people were treated at PMI Bogor Hospital; 5 people were treated at the Bogor Empang UMI Hospital, 3 people were treated in Bogor Siloam Hospital and 1 person was treated at Jakarta RSCM.

    In accordance with Law No. 33 and PMK No. 15 of 2017, for the dead victim, Jasa Raharja gives compensation rights of Rp. 50,000,000 to the heirs of the deceased victim and issues a guarantee letter for the cost of treatment to the hospital where they're treated, with a maximum maintenance fee of Rp. 20,000,000 to the injured victim wound.

    On that occasion, Jasa Raharja's President Director Budi Rahardjo S give his condolences for the incident and hopefully it will not happen again and as a form of the present state it provides basic protection based on Law No. 33 and PMK No. 15 of 2017.

    Whereas in a separate place on Sunday (08/09) payment of compensation has been made to 5 heirs of the dead victims with domicile as follows:
    1. 2 people in Sukabumi, West Java
    2. 1 person in Medan North Sumatra
    3. 1 person in Cirebon, West Java
    4. 1 person in South Tangerang Banten

    While for 1 person who died at this time Jasa Raharja officers were ensuring the domicile of the heirs. (Parno)
