BANDUNG - The West Java Provincial Government is still waiting for the certainty schedule of the inauguration of the Governor-Deputy Governor of West Java elected Ridwan Kamil-Uu Ruzhanul Ulum from the State Palace.
West Java Regional Secretary Iwa Karniwa said it was still awaiting information related to the inauguration which was initially rumored to be held on Wednesday, September 5, later.
"From the provincial government this afternoon attending a meeting with the State Secretariat, the results related to the inauguration we were asked to wait for developments from the Center," he said when contacted on Monday (3/9).
According to Iwa, at the same time this certainty rectifies previous information which states that Ridwan Kamil-Uu will be installed with 8 other regional head pairs by President Joko Widodo.
"We apologize, apparently there are new developments and considerations. So on September 5 it is still temporary," he said.
Previously, Iwa said based on the latest information, the pair of governors-deputy governors would be sworn in at the State Palace, Jakarta on Wednesday (05/09/2018).
"Insyaallah, based on the information, the inauguration of the elected governor and elected vice governor at the State Palace on Wednesday, September 5, at 10:00," he said in Bandung, Monday (3/9) morning.
according to iwa, Inauguration of Ridwan Kamil-Uu will coincide with couples from other provinces such as Central Java, Bali, North Sumatra and East Nusa Tenggara. The inauguration of the plan will be led by President Joko Widodo.
Although spelled out suddenly and accelerated, he claimed that his side was ready to facilitate the inauguration. Iwa said that his side assigned the Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau, the Head of Government and the Head of the Jakarta Liaison Office to immediately coordinate with the State Palace protocol.
