BANDUNG-In commemoration of the 73rd Anniversary (HUT) of West Java Province and as one of the efforts of Bank BJB to give appreciation to its loyal customers (existing debtors), the bank gives awards through 2018 CLLP Program.
The event was held at Gasibu Field, Bandung along with the Great Ceremony of Commemoration of the Prov. West Java, by the Daily Implementer of West Java Governor, Civil Apparatus (ASN) of West Java Province and the President Director of the Bank BJB Ahmad and the Management Board of the Bank Bjb (19/8).
This CLLP program started in 2015 aims to encourage the achievement of Consumer Credit targets to increase Portfolio, Interest Income and Third Party Funds (DPK) where appropriate is needed, one of which is by utilizing momentum the anniversary of West Java Province in the form of the Loyal 2018 Award Program. The target of this Award Program is the Civil Apparatus (ASN), especially those in the Western Provincial Government who are potential customers and have Bank BJB Consumer facilities.
The bank's president director BJB Ahmad lrfan said that Consumer Loans are a captive market Bank Bjb, as of Quarter II 2018 the position of Loans that have been disbursed is 48,688 Trillion. "Grew by
5.3% year-on-year (y-o-y)," he said Sunday.
Bank BJB as one of the banks that has been nationalized and is currently ranked 14 of the largest banks out of 115 in Indonesia, always improving its performance and services to customers. This program is expected to increase customer loyalty, maintain and increase the Consumer Loans Portfolio and can become a "Word of Mouth" which is useful for marketing activities for Consumer Loans. The awards given by Bank BJB in the 2018 CLLP program to customers are 5 cars, 45 motorbikes, 15 savings and 15 religious travel packages with a higher amount of funds in the previous year.
"With this activity, the Bank BJB hopes to increase consumer loyalty and can boost the Consumer Credit Portfolio as a whole," Ahmad Irfan concluded. Jo
