BANDUNG - PT. Regional Development Bank of Jabar-Banten (BJB) posted a net profit of Rp 1.38 trillion in 2015, or increased of 24.7 percent over the previous year.
It thus revealed by Director of Bank BJB Ahmad Irfan on analyst meeting in FY 2015 in Jakarta, on Monday (29/2).
"BJB 2015 net profit of Rp 1.38 trillion, was up to 24.7 percent year-to-year (yoy)," said Ahmad Irfan.
He said the main factors that contribute to the bank's net profit was derived from the net interest income by 11.5 percent (yoy) and "fee-based income," which grew 10.9 percent (yoy).
He mentioned, in addition to the positive performance improvement of corporate profits, total assets owned company belongs to West Java and Banten was also recorded an increase of 16.9 percent, so that the current total assets of Bank BJB amounted Rp 88 trillion. These increase was the contribution of the increase in third party funds (DPK) of 17.1 percent which amounting to Rp 67.6 trillion.
