BANDUNG - Military Area Command (Kodam) III Siliwangi again held a Free Lebaran homecoming program for civil servants (PNS) and family soldiers in Kodam III / Siliwangi, having previously also conducted a similar program last year.
The departure of 5 buses for Lebaran Homecoming this year was immediately released by the Regional Military Commander III / Siliwangi Maj. Gen. Harto Employee, S.H, M.Tr, at Makodam III / Siliwangi Street, Aceh Kota Bandung, marked by flag-raising.
The Commander said Free Lebaran holiday was the second event organized by Kodam III / Siliwangi with the aim of assisting soldiers and civil servants and their families who will celebrate Eid al-Fitr in their respective homes.
"Free homecoming is for the second time we do and also as a means to enhance the sense of kinship and togetherness between Soldiers and civil servants and their families," said Harto, after releasing the travelers, Friday (08/06).
According to Pangdam, in addition to assisting the government in reducing congestion, free Lebaran holiday is also to alleviate and help Soldier and PNS Kodam III / Siliwangi to more easily, safely, and comfortably.
"I urge the bus driver to pay attention to the element of safety both from the readiness of the bus and its riders, because the essence of going home is important to meet the family and return to the place of origin safely," he said. (Parno)
