    PLN Cooperates with Attorney General


    BANDUNG - PT PLN (Persero) and the Civil and State Administration Division of the Attorney General's Office signed a joint agreement on the Handling of Civil and State Administration Law Problems in Nusa Dua, Bali on Thursday (12/04/2018).

    Through the press release of Public Relation PT PLN mentioned, the signing was done by the President Director of PT PLN (Persero) Sofyan Basir with the Attorney General of Civil and State Administration (Jamdatun) Attorney of the Republic of Indonesia, Loeke Larasati A, followed by the signing of a similar agreement between General Manager and Director of PLN's Subsidiary with the Head of the High Prosecutor's Office throughout Indonesia.

    Attend and participate in watching this event Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOE) Rini Soemarno with Attorney General of Indonesia H.M. Prasetyo.

    The cooperation of both parties includes the provision of law assistance, legal considerations and other legal actions which are the authority of the Public Prosecutor's Office in the civil and administrative sectors of the State in the context of the recovery and rescue of financial / wealth / assets and other problems in the field of civil law and state administration which is faced by PLN.

    SOE Minister Rini Soemarno said that in accelerating the development of electricity infrastructure, in addition to support from the regulatory side, PLN still needs the support of various parties, one of them is through good cooperation with the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia so that this great work can be completed according to the target and the provisions apply.

    "Hopefully this cooperation can be utilized as well as possible by the Board of Directors and management of PLN so there is no doubt in taking corporate decisions," continued Rini.
