    West Java Department of Population and Civil Registration Launched GISA

    BANDUNG-Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Java Province plans to launch the Movement of Indonesia Population Awareness Administration (GISA) West Java Province level which will be conducted in Jatinangor State Institute of Administration (IPDN) Campus, Sumedang Regency.

    The declaration will be conducted for 3 days, starting on 11-13 April 2018 this is a movement to build a government ecosystem that is aware of the importance of population administration.

    Head West Java Province Department of Population and Civil Registration, Abas Bashari said, the awareness is shown in four things, namely awareness of the importance of population documents, the importance of the use of population data, the importance of updating the population data and the importance of population administration services happy people.

    "With this awareness, we want to pursue targets that have not recap e-ID card in West Java," said Abas, to www.Jabarprov.go.id, at West Java Department of Population and Civil Registration Office, Ciumbuleuit Street No.2, on Thursday (05/04).

    According to Abas, there are various activities in the launching event of West Java GISA, among the people who come can make e-ID card directly so and apply to the entire population of Indonesia.

    "Students from outside West Java who are studying in a number of universities such as UNPAD, ITB, IKOPIN, STPDN in Jatinangor can make ID card directly," he said.

    Abas said, for the community that will make new e-ID card in the event must first meet the requirements, including already have a letter (Suket) and have a family card, while for those who will make a new e-ID card for missing attach a letter from the police.

    "For those whose e-ID cards are damaged and will be replaced by new ones they have to carry photocopies and physical damages of old ID cards and this is a fast process because we collect cars in every Department of Population and Civil Registration in the district as well as for free," he said.
