BANDUNG - The Sharing of Morning Talk with the theme of Increasing Matriculation of Government Internal Control System (SPIP) Level 3 and the Capability of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) Level 3, West Java Province was held at Representative Office of BPKP West Java Province , Cibeureum Main Street No. 50, Bandung, Monday (19/03).
The event was started by the speech of Chief Representative of BPKP West Java Province Imam Achmad Nugraha who explained that this activity is implemented as an evaluation in improving SPIP maturity and APIP capability throughout the Government of West Java Province.
"The purpose and objective of this activity is to accelerate the Improvement of Government Internal Control System (SPIP) Level 3 (Scale 1-5) and the Capability of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) Level 3 (scale 1-5) Pemda in West Java Province" he explained.
Imam Achmad Nugraha also added up to now only seven of the self-assessment results (self assessment) are located at level 3, 2 of which is the process of review BPKP Jabar Pewakilan, he said after the review is assessed level 3, then in quality assurance (QA ) by the Central BPKP to ensure that the LGs are acceptable or not getting the SPIP level rating.
This event also presented speakers of West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan and Head of Central BPKP Ardan Adiperdana with participants of the audience who attended as many as 21 Head of Region and all Regional Inspectors throughout West Java Province.
SPIP implementation activities that have been implemented in the region of West Java province until February 2018, shows the evaluation results of SPIP implementation at the Provincial Government and 27 Provincial / District in Prov Jabar get baseline score Level 1 (pilot) 25 local government District, while for bestline score in Level 2 (developed) is obtained by Kuningan regency, Sukabumi regency, then for Level 3 (defined) that got baseline is Bekasi City.
