    BMC Appeals Tax-Compulsory Musicians


    BANDUNG - Bandung Music Cauncil (BMC) appealed to the musicians of Bandung obey tax. According to BMC Chairman Erlan Effendy, the obedience must first be proven by making Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). This was disclosed Erlan on the sidelines of the event of Tax Sharing, events held BMC and West Java DJP 1 in Bandung, Wednesday (28/2).

    "Musicians are also taxpayers, so it's right for their citizens to obey their obligations to pay taxes," Erlan said. In addition, the musicians are also entitled to know about the rights in the field of taxation so that they can take care of own tax problems.

    "Therefore here also provided consultation services about taxation, then the service of aging NPWP and others" he said. Potential musicians in Bandung in terms of amount and income is quite potential for taxes, according to Erlan.
