Although Already Sepuh, Kang Ajip Still Spirited to Work

BANDUNG-Deputy Governor of West Java Deddy Mizwar (Demiz) claimed shame on the humanist Ajip Rosidi. This was revealed by Demiz when giving a speech on the 80th anniversary of Jatiwangi's cultural artist at Ajip Rosidi Library Jl. Garut Kota Bandung, Wednesday (31/1/2018).

"I see in his current age, the spirit of Kang Ajip's work is still high, we are far below Kang Ajip feel ashamed," he said in front of the audience.

Not only when he met, but Demiz felt Kang Ajip's spirit even though he was talking over the phone.
"The spirit of Kang Ajip is felt through his voice when I call him, incredible," he said.

Demiz mentions the current young generation is very deserving and must imitate and follow the spirit of work from a Ajip Rosidi.

"It is exemplary of the young generation today that to work in any field, age is not a primary consideration," explained Demiz.

The anniversary of Ajip Rosidi's 80th (January 31, 1938 - January 31, 2018) was attended by prominent Sunda cultural figures. In the event Ajip handed over his book 'Tapak Meri' to some characters such as Uu Rukmana, Sam Bimbo and others. (Even)
