CIMAHI-West Java Council’s Commission V has received a complaint about the missing of a Indonesian migrant worker (TKI) from West Java this week. Thus expressed by the Chairman of Commission V Council West Java Province, Syamsul Bahri in a statement to jabarprov.go.id, on the sidelines of a working meeting, Wednesday afternoon (3/2).
According to Syamsul, the reports received from representatives of the missing Indonesian migrant workers. The number of missing Indonesian migrant workers as many as 16 peoples. A reports received was mentioned that one of the missing workers came from Garut district.
The existence of the missing Indonesian migrant workers had been occurred from 2008. In the report, West Java Commission V Council will track it down. “For the early stage, it will ask West Java Manpower Department and migrant worker placement companies (PJTKI) to give explanation about the workers missing.
