    Aher Called Candidates for Civil Servants Recruitment in Ministry of Law and Human Rights is the Most Ideal and Transparent


    BANDUNG-West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher) said the process of recruitment cpns so far is quite special because it is supervised by various parties including the community. Governor assess the process of acceptance as a candidate for Civil Servants (CPNS) in Kemenerian Law and Human Rights (Kemenhumham) the most ideal and transparent.

    Aher revealed, with the existence of such recruitment system, is expected to have better performance improvement, especially the guidance of the assisted citizens in prisons and other tasks.

    "One of the needs in Kemenhumham is the need for additional human resources (HR) .Now, now the fresh human resources come in. The recruitment is done transparently.This is what we want," Aher told reporters in SOR Arcamanik, Bandung, Monday (21/1 / 2018)

    Governor of West Java said, so far it has not received reports of recruitment of CPNS especially in Kemenhumham recruitment. He asserted no valid titipan-deposit which will lead to performance deviations.

    "So far there is no term titipan-deposit to be CPNS in Kemenhumham," said Aher.

    Aher rate, the recruitment process has been very good including at the provincial level. He also asked the ombusman and the KPK to participate in the process of deliberation.

    In addition, it has no interest whatsoever in the process of receiving the CPNS. However, the best will certainly succeed and graduate to become CPNS.

    Aher hopes, the performance of Kemenhumham in West Java continues to increase including that need to be improved is the service to the prisoners of the prison so that when they are moved to their respective homes have become normal society back to normal and not involved other criminal elements.
