    Next Week GBLA Stadium Starts Remodeling


    BANDUNG- Starting January 26, 2018, Gelora Bandung Stadium of Fire (GBLA) will be renovated so that for a while can not be used in the next 6 months.

    Head of Department of Youth and Sports (Dispora) Bandung, Dodi Ridwansyah said improvements made to some parts that are damaged and parts that need treatment such as grass and lamps into parts that did not escape from this renovation program.

    "Some improvements such as maintenance of grass and lights," said Dodi told reporters in Bandung, Thursday (18/1/2018).

    Regarding the event of the Presidential Cup event, Dodi said it had coordinated with BPK, supervisors and contractors that the stadium temporarily remained unusable to the next party.

    "I've tried to communicate with some parties such as BPK, how likely it can not be used in the next party," said Dodi.

    He revealed it only provides tolerance to the maximum use of GBLA in the preliminary round only. But after January 26, 2018 certainly no longer allow to use the quarter-finals or so.

    "But the tolerance they give only until the preliminary round," said Dodi.

    If Persib Bandung became the champion of the 2018 President Cup group then the team from the city of flowers should look for a home game place. Section in the semi-final game will be applied away system and cage.

    "Every quarter-final match is usually done home and away, for Persib's away match can compete in Solo, while for home Persib have to find their own field," he explained.

    Dodi added Dispora Bandung has coordinated with the panpel in the implementation of the match Persib cage.

    "Yesterday has told the panpel how the position of GBLA later and Persib position if the group winner, please just when the quarter-finals do not use GBLA," he concluded. (MAT)
