BANDUNG-Association of the Indonesian Tours & Travel Agencies (ASITA) or the Association of West Java Tourism Travel Companies appealed to the city of Bandung to have a more qualified tourist destination in order to attract more domestic and foreign tourists.
Chairman ASITA Jabar, Budijanto Ardiansjah said so far Bandung has managed to bring tourists from Singapore while the market share of tourists from the Middle East often visit the area Cipanas Cianjur.
"Currently there are but not too many, so the city of Bandung has its own challenge to prepare new tourist destinations to attract foreign tourists," said Budjianto in Bandung, Monday (1/1/2018)
For that Asita Jabar will continue to encourage the City Government (City Government) Bndung to create more new tourist destinations. If you can not create a tourist destination then it should create tourist attractions like some annual festivals are often held in Bandung.
"Middle East market is actually in the area Cipanas Cianjur tourism can not be drawn to Bandung Bandung If you can not create a new tourist destination then it takes a lot of tourist attractions to attract domestic and foreign tourists," said Budjianto.
He asserted, Asita Jabar always ready to mix tour package because if this tour is packed properly it will impact to travel agents, hotels, restaurants including transportation.
"It is expected that with more destinations including promotions, of course, this travel agency can be more alive," he concluded (MAT)
