    2 Dead and Hundreds of Houses Damaged by the Earthquake

    BANDUNG-Emergency handling of earthquake impact with a strength of 6.9 SR that shook the southern region of West Java, Central Java, and DI Yogyakarta is still ongoing.

    According to the Head of BNPB Information and Public Relations Data Center, Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, areas affected by the devastating earthquake are in Pangandaran, Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Banjar, Garut, Cilacap, Kebumen, Pekalongan, Banyumas, Brebes and Banjarnegara.
